Alliance Technical Services (ATS) was founded in 1981 as a privately held technical staffing and engineering company. During the past two decades ATS has developed a broad range of staffing and engineering services to support the needs of its diverse national client base in several large industries. ATS provides contract technical personnel, direct placement services, and highly complex design engineering services. ATS' engineering division, Alliance Design, offers services in all engineering disciplines starting with concept creation through development, design, detailing, and checking. The engineering staff includes qualified professionals in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and piping disciplines.
