Centennial Communications Corp. (Centennial) is a regional wireless and broadband telecommunications service provider serving approximately 1.1 million wireless customers and approximately 694,900 access line equivalents in markets covering over 13 million Net Pops in the United States and Puerto Rico. In the United States, the Company is a regional wireless service provider in small cities and rural areas in two geographic clusters covering parts of six states in the midwest and southeast. In Puerto Rico, Centennial is a communications service provider offering broadband communications services to business and, to a lesser extent, residential customers. The wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is Centennial Cellular Operating Co. LLC (CCOC). As of May 31, 2009, the Company had 1,078,200 wireless subscribers.(Source: 10-K)
