Whatcom Skagit Housing is a non profit organization that helps people at, or below, 80% of the county median income build their own homes. This is a federally funded program where 7-9 qualified families and individuals work on each others homes until all homes are complete. The program operates in Whatcom County and Skagit County and provides affordable housing options.
