First Choice is a Home Care Agency licensed by the Department of Health and contracted with the Aging and Disabilities Services Administration to provide Personal Care, Medicaid Personal Care and Respite Care services to clients of the Division of Developmental Disabilities and the Division of Children and Family Services. First Choice was established to serve children and adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities such as mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, down syndrome, dyspraxia, neurological conditions, medically fragile or other undiagnosed conditions. The mission of First Choice is to endeavor to make a positive difference in the lives of the people receiving care services. Our goal is to offer care services that are: 1.
