Welcome! Established in 2002, Three Meadows Farm began as just a small vegetable garden as a means of providing fresh food to Gary and Katy Rupert and their family.  Over time, the small garden has grown into a fully-operational farm! We grow fresh seasonal vegetables, including many NJ heirloom varieties.  We raise natural livestock, including goats, pigs, turkeys, chickens, cows, horses, and rabbits.
