The Company’s trading platform provides an array of information and analytic tools that allow its customers to identify, analyze and execute their trading strategies. The Company services customers residing in approximately 140 countries worldwide. During the year ended December 31, 2008, approximately 56.7% of its customer base was located outside of the United States, representing approximately 41% of GAIN’s total trading volume. Customers residing in China represented approximately 26.8% of its customer base and approximately 11.6% of the total trading volume in 2008.
