Cellular3G Inc. was founded in 1999 and incorporated in Delaware. The company has two fully owned subsidiaries, Cellular3G (UK) Ltd., having its offices in Bath, UK and Cellular3G Technologies (Israel) Ltd. having its offices in Netanya Israel. The UK subsidiary is a full member of the various 3G regulatory bodies such as 3GPP and ETSI and serves as the Company's Standards Liaison. It also operates a Swiss branch that serves as Cellular3G European R&D satellite. The Israeli subsidiary is geared to complete the development of a 3G chip set for the next generation of 3G phones and wireless PDAs in its 600 square meter R&D Center in Netanya.
