Harman, M.D. Dr. Harman is one of the most experienced cataract and refractive surgeons in Virginia. He has performed more than 6,100 refractive surgeries, including over 4,600 LASIK procedures. Dr. Harman has also performed more than 23,500 cataract surgeries, as well as thousands of laser surgeries to treat conditions such as glaucoma, diabetes and secondary cataracts.
