Official website for the Raleigh County Emergency Services Authority. Beckley/Raleigh County Emergency Operating Center provides the citizens of Raleigh County with emergency assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Raleigh County EOC also offers alarm service for Beckley and Raleigh County Residents for a very small yearly fee. Our goal is to render courteous, efficient service at all times. We provide an ever-ready service to the public through constant contact with police, fire, ambulance units, as well as the State Office of Emergency Services.
