With Pat's experience and love for the nursing field, she took her passions in another direction. Pat gained momentum in building Stat Nurses after demonstrating to healthcare facilities her abilities to fulfill their travel nurse staffing needs. Starting the company by working out of her home, Pat took these humble beginnings to grow Stat Nurses to a multi-million dollar company in the first year. As relationships expanded, Pat recognized the continued shortage within the nursing field and took her passion to the international market. In late 2003, Stat Nurses began sponsorship of nurses from India while creating excellent partnerships within the international market. Stat Nurses has continued to grow through our investment in the travel nurse community and recognizing the individual needs of our valued nurses.
