Plexus Groupe Inc. was founded in 1990 as Fawcett Insurance Agency Inc. by current President & CEO Walter R. Fawcett III. In 1996 Mitchell C. Andrews joined the agency as a Partner and to lead the firm's Sales & Marketing efforts. The company's name was later changed to The Plexus Groupe Inc. In 2004, the agency's national presence was enhanced with the opening of our Dallas office headed by William H. Lacey, Jr. who also joined the firm as a Partner.
