Eltek Ltd. develops, manufactures, markets and sells printed circuit boards (PCBs), including high density interconnect (HDI) multi-layered and flex-rigid boards for the medical technology, defense and aerospace, industrial equipment and telecommunications industries. The materials used in the manufacture of PCBs are primarily laminates (copper clad, with an isolating core separating them), prepregs, photo-chemical films, chemicals and inks. The materials the Company uses are manufactured in Europe, the United States and the Far-East. Some of the materials are purchased directly from the manufacturer, while others are purchased from local distributors. Its principal customers include manufacturers of medical, defense, aerospace, industrial, telecom and networking equipment, as well as contract electronic manufacturers.(Source: 20-F)
