RCI TFC is a Treatment Foster Care Agency providing foster parent training and licensing. As a member of our team you will provide care to Foster Children from Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Our agency works with the Department of Social Services (DSS), the Department of Human Resources (DHR) and Child Protective Services (CPS) to provide foster homes and adoptive homes to abused children.=
