Domstein ASA is a Norway-based company active within the fisheries industry. The Company supplies marine raw material to the international processing industry and marine value-added products in selected markets. The farming, processing and sale of fish is organized through several plants located along the Norwegian coastline. Domstein is active through its 22 subsidiaries, including Norway Pelagic AS, a pelagic fish provider; Domstein Fish AS, a white fish supplier, and Domstein Enghav AS, which offers frozen seafood products to the retail and catering markets under the Enghav brand. It also holds interests in Ervik Havfiske AS (50%), a long-line fishing fleet company. The Company operates a fleet of 12 fishing vessels. Its food products include fish fillets, Mackerel, Horse Mackerel, Winter Herring, North Sea Herring, and Capelin. Domstein ASA is operational in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
