At each of our 5 branch locations, we offer a large variety of exercise equipment, machines, fitness programs, and classes in our clean, state-of-the-art facilities. The fitness centers and classes are operated by our friendly instructors and personal trainers who will be sure to put a smile on your face, get your heart rate pumping, and leave you feeling satisfied after a good workout. Members are welcome to take a dip in the pool, have a run on the indoor track, play a few rounds of tennis, shoot some hoops in the gymnasiums, participate in yoga and pilates classes, dance to the beat in a Zumba class, or put the pedal to the metal in a cycling class. Preschool, child care, and after school enrichment programs are available near our fitness centers, which offer various age-appropriate activities during mornings, afternoons, or while parents complete a workout.
