TimberGrass LLC was founded in 1994 and started as a home based business on Bainbridge Island. The company works closely with a factory in China to manufacture its bamboo flooring, cabinets and furniture panels for a consistent quality and look. TimberGrass distributes its products throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico and has recently introduced a line of veneer. Led by its President and COO, David M. Knight, TimberGrass has nearly doubled its revenue in each of the last three years and is expecting to do so again this year. TimberGrass has ten employees and anticipates adding more employees over the course of the year. David Knight is here to accept the award on behalf of TimberGrass.
