The Island Gallery has established and supports a non-profit entity, the Institute for Cross Cultural Art, to promote the preservation and development of traditional art forms in different cultures and facilitate interaction of artists practicing these art forms across cultures. A percentage of profits supports the Institute. A library of reference books is located in the Gallery.
