Most healthcare organizations, at some time, find themselves in one of the following situations. A project needs to be planned and implemented, which requires specialized skills that are not currently available through its staff. The workload tremendously exceeds the available staff, yet permanent full time employees are not the answer. A key employee exits the organization and leaves a project vulnerable to delays. Knowledge transfer of specific applications to key Information Systems staff members and/or team is needed.
