Each year, we contract to disperse a large number of honeybees along the Coastal Mid Atlantic . We host an annual bee pick up every April in Chesapeake, VA. We are privileged to offer these genetically superior, overwintered bees from one of the finest apiaries in the US, the same bees provided by Brushy Mountain for many years. All nucs are properly inspected and come with appropriate state credentials. Our starter hives are 5 deep fully drawn frames of developing brood, honey, pollen, with one mated , laying Queen and her team of workers. The nucs arrive in plastic Pro NUC containers (no equipment or frame exchange required). Our nucs are a lucky purchase for any beginner beekeeper and a quality purchase for any veteran beekeeper.
