JoyMoves is a fitness studio that features Nia, Yoga and Pilates mat classes in our main 'movement' studio and affordable Private and Duet Pilates training sessions in our fully equipped Pilates studio. Our mission is to create a sacred space in which a diverse and supportive community of adults can experience health and growth through the joy of movement. Located in Austin Texas Westlake Hills area, step into JoyMoves and discover our studio's exquisite design, which will appeal to your sense of balance and harmony. We offer daily movement classes in a 2000 square foot main studio room with a professional "sprung" bamboo dance floor, an uplifting barreled ceiling that looks like the sky, and high windows featuring natural light and views of nature. JoyMoves studio features include: Natural, eco-friendly, and allergy sensitive building materials Peaceful outdoor areas for gathering or introspection A pristine, private shower room The minimum age to participate in JoyMoves classes is 14 years old. JoyMoves does not maintain daycare facilities onsite. Please do not bring your children or pets.
