Texas C-BAR is a non-profit organization committed to building healthier communities by supplying high quality, pro bono legal services to other community-based nonprofits. Attorneys who volunteer through Texas C-BAR provide legal tools needed to help revitalize low-income neighborhoods and improve quality of life for thousands of low-income families. The Community Builder Award recognizes and honors outstanding contributions by the volunteers of Texas C-BAR and nonprofit clients in the field of community development.
