Scott, Douglass & McConnico, L.L.P. ("SD&M") is an advocacy firm. We specialize in civil litigation, appellate law, administrative proceedings, and energy-related matters. We have one of the largest administrative law practices before the Texas Railroad Commission, the Texas Comptroller's Office, and the Texas General Land Office. We also practice before many other state and federal regulatory agencies.
