Since 1995, Puente Sur has been providing market research, consulting, and business development services to firms who want to exploit business opportunities in Latin America, especially Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Peru, and Mexico. Nicholas Walker, the founder of Puente Sur, received his Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management in the United States, and his BA in Economics from The University of Chicago. Originally conceived as a Market Research and Business Development firm, Puente Sur has helped over 100 foreign companies entering Latin America, especially the Southern Cone markets of South America. In 1998, Puente Sur expanded its services in Chile to include Business Process Outsourcing, Retail Merchandising and Sales Development. We now manage over 25 foreign companies with operations in South America by providing accounting services, importation and logistics management, inventory control, distribution management, and sales development and merchandising services. In 2003, the company was streamlined into three business units forming The Southbridge Group: Puente Sur Outsourcing, Puente Sur Commercial, and Puente Sur Consulting.
