Our list of products both IBC in-house developed and contract manufactured is very diverse. Our capabilities include research and development of product ideas, patent work, prototype fabrication, product testing, production tooling/molds, packaging, FDA clearance, clinical trials and complete production manufacturing. Furthermore, by utilizing state of the art development/manufacturing methods and cost controlling efficiency, IBC is able to offer its services at competitive prices which are typically the lowest available. Our senior research and development personnel have 30 years experience individually developing many types of products from the idea stage to a fully completed, production manufactured, FDA listed medical device. IBC can turn your idea into complete 3D CAD drawings that move into our CAM (computer assisted manufacturing) system, yielding prototype or production tools and molds, and ultimately becoming your fully assembled, packaged product. IBC offers true turn-key product development and manufacturing with cost efficient pricing. IBC prides itself on maintaining the finest state of the art production equipment and facilities which yields higher quality, repeatability, lower reject, lower down time which translates into lower part/product costs. IBC maintains a class 100,000 assembly clean room and an environmentally controlled plastic injection molding facility as well. Our molding plant is computer controlled closed loop processing with 100% on line, in process parts inspection. Our molding machines range from 85 tons, 3.5 oz. Shot size to 220 tons, 10.0 oz. Shot size thereby giving us the ability to offer great molding versatility concerning mold size, cavitations and part size. We have many years of experience in molding medical grade resins, engineering grade resins, specialty resins, insert molding and a variety of complicated mold tool designs. Our large assembly clean room is temperature, humidity, and filtration controlled. All our clean room systems are continuously monitored.
