Greywolf was founded as a retained search and human resources consulting practice in 1990, and incorporated in Austin, Texas in 1992. Although Greywolf's services are applicable to a wide range of industries, the majority of our search revenues come from customers working in the following industry sectors: CAE Semiconductors Networking and Communications Systems Software Capital Equipment We've successfully completed executive, managerial and individual contributor search assignments in all organizational areas, including: Product Design and Development Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management Sales, Services and Customer Applications Marketing, Communications and Call Center Management Finance, MIS, Facilities and Human Resources Our Mission is to provide our customers with revolutionary search services that consistently outperform standard retained and contingency search alternatives. Our Goal is to enable our customers to identify, recruit, hire and retain the best available candidates for their most critical organizational requirements. Our Commitment is to treat every customer as our most valued customer. Our dedication to our customers has enabled Greywolf to consistently rank in the Top 10 of Austin's community of search firms, based on gross billings. Although gross billings represent one measurement of a search firm's success, we feel there are other measurements that more accurately illustrate our commitment to our customers. Greywolf's retained search group has historically filled more than 70% of contracted search assignments with candidates that we've presented, and more than 80% of our first time customers have returned with additional retained search assignments. This level of customer loyalty is almost unheard of in the search industry, and no other measurement more clearly reflects the value we deliver to our customers. Greywolf's consistent performance has enabled us to maintain long term relationships with a relatively small group of customers representing nearly every geographic region of the United States. Although we're based in Austin, only about 30% of our revenues come from Texas-based customers.
