On April 1, 1994, Meador Staffing Services, Inc. acquired Austin Career Consultants and Career Consultants Temporaries, a then twenty-two year old personnel staffing firm located in Austin, Texas. This division expanded in 1997 to included blended services, which allows the recruiters to fill both contract and direct positions in the technology arena. In February 1997, Austin Career Consultants, Career Consultants Temporaries and IPA Staffing Services formally changed names to Career Consultants Staffing Services.
