The Law Office of Amie Rodnick is a full service law office dedicated to offering comprehensive family law services, including mediation and collaborative law services, in a personalized environment. Our emphasis is on problem-solving and negotiation. If litigation is necessary, Ms. Rodnick has over 25 years of courtroom experience and has been board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1990. However, litigation is expensive, and rarely in the best interests of the parties or their children. Ms. Rodnick has been a mediator since 1990 and is currently president of the Central Texas Collaborative Family Law Practice Group, a nonprofit organization composed of independent lawyers who prefer to practice in an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual respect. We practice litigation in Travis and Williamson Counties and collaborative law in any county within a hundred mile radius of Austin.
