Apex Builders, Inc. is owned and operated by Rich and Nora Van Ham. We approach each project with a "team work" attitude. Each member of our team has "hands-on" involvement with the business on a daily basis. Rich is an Aurora native who has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has a degree in Construction Technology from Southern Illinois University. Rich draws upon his education and technical background, and applies his skill and knowledge to residential construction. Nora has been his partner since they started Apex in 1990. Her background in office management has been vital in the perpetuation and success of this endeavor. She has been responsible, in no small part, in building trusting and loyal relationships with our Subcontractors and material suppliers. This has made her move to the field a natural transition. With extraordinary organizational skills, she has managed new home construction for the past four years.
