We here at JMN Tae Kwon Do are proud and excited to offer some of the best in traditional based instruction available today. There are indeed quite a few different options when it comes to martial arts in this day and age, yet it is continually difficult to find a traditional style. The merger and integration of many different styles of martial arts has produced a new “MMA”, or mixed martial arts, epidemic. This is resulting in an increasingly prevalent lack of discipline, and the historical basis of such sports has become almost non-existent. Furthermore, the exciting and fun family environment which used to be so valued by martial arts school has all but disappeared. ​ JMN Tae Kwon Do not only sees and acknowledges that the aforementioned issues exist, but wants to make a change. The style taught is traditional in every sense; even to the point of learning many commands in the language of the styles origin. The history of Tae Kwon Do is taught right along with the physical aspects of the curriculum, which promotes discipline as well as many important core values that our society needs. ​ JMN Tae Kwon Do also acknowledges the need for a family friendly environment. Why should parents be worried about whether or not their children are safe. Why should adults not feel as though instruction is at their level?
