Regardless of whether it was third party related or a manufacturing flaw, the homeowner wants it fixed and fixed fast! For that reason, Arlun has a dedicated staff of expert mechanics for each of the flooring products we install. If there is a problem on a job site, we have the know-how to resolve the issue and resolve it quickly. A field based Quality Control Technician is assigned to every house utilizing a proprietary software system they track every aspect of our quality control process; Pre-inspections, installations, conditions affecting installations, post-inspections, warranty claims and repairs. We maintain an extremely detailed record on every house.
