Frontier Systems Consulting, Inc. is a contract placement firm providing Software Engineering and I.S. Consulting services to the New England Marketplace. We have been in business for over eleven years and our clients include some of the most well known names in the information services industry. Although we operate in a dynamic business environment, we view our consultants as employees and business partners. We share our billing rate information with each consultant and we pride ourselves on the long term relationships that we have been able to develop. Many of our consultants have been with us since our inception. We offer a 401k plan with participation from the first day of employment, access to group heath insurance with pre-tax premium payments, and direct deposit of payroll. We now offer access to dental insurance with pre-tax premium payments.
