Since 1982 Body Awake Jujitsu, Tai Chi, and Meditation School continues to provide the mind with solid ground on which to rest. I started training with Master Sensei Frank Raimondi and the Body Awake Jujitsu when I was five years old. Throughout the years I learned the discipline, dedication, and respect which can only be instilled by the hard work and perseverance that it takes to succeed in this martial arts system. Without Master Frank, I don't think that today, at 28 years old, I would have graduated medical school and succeeded in my personal life.
