Effective 1 July 2004 Resource Development Systems,LLC is no longer the officially authorized representative for Kentucky Educational Television. After being their representative for 7 years we have decided to sever our relationship. However, we still believe that increasing literacy skills is an important endeavor to help increase the standard of living for individuals, families and communities. With 40 percent of our national workforce scoring in the two lowest levels of literacy on the National Adult Literacy Survey's Labor Force Study, it is clear that any effort to help individuals achieve an increase in their literacy skills can be significant. At Resource Development Systems,LLC, we recognize the value of enhancing literacy skills for individuals to provide a better life for themselves and their families by opening doors to opportunities that might not exist with out these important skills. Not only are we helping them, but we are helping our entire society. We also recognize that these individuals, and the schools and programs that are trying to help them, have very limited funds for achieving the increase in literacy skills that are so desperately needed in our country. That is one reason we have created this web site. In addition to providing schools and programs with a wide range of reasonably priced programming and instructional materials and teacher training, we also offer a vast amount of free resources for teachers and students.
