In 2003, Setram acquired the Wizard planning business from Agilent and relaunched as Optimi Corporation. In early 2004, Optimi Corporation acquired RF Consulting, a U.S. based network tools and consulting services provider. Then later in 2004, Optimi merged with Tartessos Technologies, a European software and research consulting organization.
