Our Career Coaching service evolved out of a need by attorneys for a confidential and nonjudgmental forum to discuss career issues and develop a strategy for a successful resolution. As career coaches, we assist attorneys in addressing a variety of professional issues including career assessment, termination, desire to change careers, conflicts with co-workers or supervisors and balancing work and family life. Although each case is unique, our goal is to maximize each individual's career potential and personal satisfaction. Once career goals and objectives are set, we assist clients in developing the skills to remedy their current situation or to proceed with a successful career transition. We are able to refer attorneys who are interested in job placement assistance to a qualified recruiter in the Atlanta area. In addition to individualized coaching sessions with Melba Hughes, we also offer optional diagnostic testing administered by John Paddock, Ph.D. to define interests, values, personality, abilities and transferable skills. Our rates are billed hourly and vary with the services provided. Although face-to-face coaching is preferred, telephone coaching sessions are available to accommodate clients.
