ADERANT is a privately held, global company that has been in business since 1978, although under different names. You may be familiar with CMS, CMS.Net, or CMS Open. We're the same company, but with much more to offer. We became ADERANT in early 2004 and are dedicated to the legal market. Our goal is to provide a full suite of business solutions, building on the long-term success of our core financial and practice management products used today by hundreds of firms around the world.
