Fitability provides hiring managers and recruiters with a technique that assists automation of human resource departments and improve their selection process - allowing them to make better hiring decisions. Fitability helps clients find people who fit their companies and avoid the cost of bad hires. The Company works with its customers to customize their hiring criteria for sales people, directs potential candidates to the site for an "online interview" and then Fitability makes a recommendation to the client as to how well the candidate matches the targeted profile.
