Etar's heritage is Central Asia. From childhood her formal training has been in couture design and anthropology. As a result of her heritage and studies, she formed a trans-cultural identify through the art of clothes making. Elements of the clothing have been produced by the indigenous world under Etar's disciplined eye. With her vision and finishing touches, the clothes become a cultural blend of love, spirit and un tempered art.
