We supply sphagnum moss for orchid care from Southern Chile (Puerto Varas). We began operations in May 1995 by forming a joint venture with New Zealand interests who contribute knowledge and experience acquired in NZ for the harvesting, cleaning, drying, quality control, packaging, and marketing of our newly discovered virgin Sphagnum Moss swamps. And excellent resource for orchid care. Since then, we obtained control of extensive swamps for the long-term sustained harvesting of high quality Sphagnum Moss, for sale to orchid growers in Asia, USA, UK, Europe and Central America. This sphagnum moss is nearly identical to the well-known New Zealand Sphagnum Moss, but because of our lower costs in Chile we are able to offer it for orchid care at much more competitive and realistic prices and have found strong interest among our Orchid Growing friends to replace other less effective growing media with our affordable range of sphagnum moss. We currently do a wide range of pack sizes and offer sphagnum moss for orchid care as sphagnum moss liners for hanging baskets and containers. Excellent for orchid care.
