In her eighteen years' experience as a management consultant, Kelle Olwyler has helped hundreds of executives, managers and teams achieve and maintain high performance in the midst of organizational conflict and change. She has facilitated numerous high visibility multi-cultural teams for corporations in eleven countries. In 1994 she founded Kel Bergan Consulting in order to provide specialized training for companies in fast-paced, high-tech or innovative environments. She previously worked as Vice-President of Training and Development for High Performance Dynamics, Inc., a California-based management consulting firm specializing in human performance technologies. As a senior consultant in High Performance Patterns, she has coached executives and business owners toward long-term success in dealing with organizational, professional and personal change. A popular speaker at conferences throughout the United States, MS. Olwyler has led international seminars and retreats, both in English and Spanish. . She is co-author of Paradoxical Thinking: How to Profit from Your Contradictions (Berrett-Koehler Publishers, 1997) and since 1999 has served as chair of the Berrett Kohler Authors Council. She contributes regularly to regional and national publications, including Western North Carolina Woman, and from 1992-1995 was a monthly columnist for MoneyWorld magazine. DIANNE MOODY is an experienced consultant who specializes in facilitation services, customized training and organizational consulting. She has worked extensively with team development, as both an internal and external consultant, and she has prior experience in direct line management. She is also a trained mediator who has helped people resolve conflict at the interpersonal, team and organizational level. Ms. Moody has designed and delivered specialized training modules in management, supervisory development, communications, and customer service, and she regularly conducts training for companies in a variety of industries in the U.S., Canada, Northern Europe and Africa. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the New Mexico Mediators Association, the International Society for Performance and Instruction (past president, New Mexico chapter), and is on faculty at the Bayer Institute for Health Care Communication. PEGGY SEBERA is an organizational development consultant who has provided leadership coaching and team development facilitation for over 200 teams in more than 20 countries in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She has worked as a trainer and facilitator with the UN Conference on the Status of Women, a group facilitator for the Millennium World Peace Summit of Religious and Spiritual Leaders, a group facilitator for the Parliament of World's Religions, as well as an organizational consultant with such corporations as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Cisco, Sun Microsystems, G.E. Capital (Europe and U.S.), AVG Inc., DaRue Corporation and Southwest Washington Medical Center. MARY CASEY has provided corporate sales training, program development and training consultation to numerous companies in the manufacturing, banking, technology and hospitality industries in the U.S., South Korea and Indonesia. She has worked as a consultant to the Economics Institute (EI) since 2001, where she develops programs, designs curricula and generates content for the Institute's pre-MBA program. She also provides professional coaching to international MBA students and to others seeking guidance in actualizing their personal and professional potential.
