KnightWeb maintains servers in a backup data center at Focal Communications in Jersey City, New Jersey. Knightweb manages technical facilities in Fort Collins, Colorado, Cheyenne Wyoming, Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Manhattan Beach, California, Staten Island, New York and Boulder. As previous Manager of the Managed Storages Services group at SunGard Availability Systems, Inc, previous VP of IT for Women's Health Interactive, previous MIS Directory or Intellispan Communications, previous team member of Sun Microsystem's Mission Critical (High End Systems) Support Team, and a previous member of the board of directors of The Internet Chamber of Commerce, and of Fort Collins Community Computer Network, Mr. Grapek is a pioneer in the provision of Internet services to the business community. He has in excess of 20 years of experience with the Internet, in places ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small communities and volunteer organizations. In December of 2003, Mr. Grapek stepped down from the day to day operations of KnightWeb, and, although still on the board of directors, has taken a 'ruling by proxy' stand; Mr. Grapek is now a consultant providing world class solutions to customers across the globe. The day to day operational changes will be very subtle and very few should notice. In October, 2000, Knightweb and Tellurian Networks entered into a relationship to co-locate KnightWeb Servers in Tellurian's state-of-the-art data center. Tellurian Networks provides back to KnightWeb Windows support with their Microsoft Certified Engineers. Through our relationship with Tellurian, KnightWeb can now provide High Speed Data lines (DSL, T1, ATM) and local dialup service in over 2200 cities across the United States. In February, 1998, KnightWeb and MediaNow entered into a relationship to provide hosting, e-commerce and cutting edge multi-media solutions. Marty Pisano, President and CEO of MediaNow, posesses over 15 years in the publishing, and video production industry, as well as 5 years in the Internet Industry. Together, we've developed and hosted Liberty Travel, the largest travel agent in North America, and First Web Bank Direct. In June, 2006, KnightWeb's commercial customer base was sold in its entirety to EarthNet a Managed Service Provider and Hosting / Colocation Tier 1 facility in Boulder, Colorado. Earthnet maintains the highest standards in Customer Service and posesses the knowledge, skillset and passion which KnightWeb's customers have grown to expect. We feel that with the added technological skills and the tier-1 hosting facility now being offered to KnightWeb customers, this was a positive move all the way around. KnightWeb, as a Colorado "S" Corporation, is still valid and in good standing. We still manage a few commercial servers and deliver hosting services to several non-profit 501-C(3) corporations including The Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Frequent Flyers Productions, LLC, and CU Concerts.
