On July 20, 2007, it acquired the outstanding stock of Dr. Dr. Heissmann GmbH (Heissmann). On July 2, 2007, Watson Wyatt acquired the net assets of WisdomNet. The global operations include five segments: Benefits, Technology and Administration Solutions, Human Capital, Investment Consulting and Insurance and Financial Services. In June 2008, Watson Wyatt announced the acquisition of Marcu & Asociados, a human resource and financial services consulting firm in Argentina.
