Michael J. Young and Alywin Currie founded PRGI in 1992 with a vision to provide Professional Resources to government and private sector organizations, internationally. Prior to forming PRGI, Messrs. Currie and Young, who respectively serve as Chief Executive Officer and President of the firm, spent more than 10 years working together within the government-contracting arena, helping to design and implement programs that fulfilled various technical and administrative requirements. They bring a combined total of more than 45 years of government contracting experience to every project. In 1997, after nearly five years of successful business development, PRGI became 8(a) Certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Today, as a multidisciplinary management consulting firm, PRGI provides Technical, Logistical, Analytical, Managerial and Administrative Support Services to clients all around the globe. Since its founding, PRGI has successfully delivered these services to a growing list of more than 35 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe and Latin America. It is this experience base that makes PRGI "the new company with a history."
