We offer services for both the owner looking for a year-round slip as well as for those looking for a great place to enter the Potomac for cruising by the monuments. Conveniently located just north of the 14th Street Bridge on the Virginia side of the river in the Pentagon Lagoon, our amenities include:With 380 slips, we accommodate up to 50 ft. Transient Dockage available for vessels up to 50 feet. $1.25 per foot per day and electricity is calculated at $3.00/day for 30 amp service and $5.00/day for 50 amp service..Reservations need to be made in advance. Slipholders have access to a private restroom and shower area, which are handicapped accessible. A recently renovated boat ramp, open 24-hours a day for a $5.00 fee. Unleaded gas dock, where we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. $5.00 charge for pump-out system and a port-a-potty, available at our gas dock. Recycling services are available for our guests for glass, cans, newspapers, etc. Columbia Island Café offers hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, ice cream, beer and ice. Our seasonal outdoor patio is tented and equipped with lights and ceiling fans for either casual use or for your planned event. Columbia Island Café also offers handicapped accessible facilities.
