Specifically, the Estate Attorney prepares the documents that our clients need to simplify their lives, which includes personal wills, trust, living wills, tax returns, Family Limited Partnership's, LLC's, and Power-of-Attorney documents. Their professional expertise allows our firm to maximize the financial and tax benefits of our client's wealth transfer goals into their final estate plan. The preparation of our client's personal, trust, foundation and business tax returns are performed by one of our strategically aligned CPA firms that specialize in tax preparation and business accounting services. We work closely with these firms in order to maximize our proactive income tax planning, expedite the returns timely completion, and so that we can properly integrate all tax benefits into our clients investment, retirement and estate planning. Since a majority of our client's are business owners, our firm of skilled professionals assist them with developing and executing their business succession plan. When the sale of the company is being negotiated we assist our client with the review of the wide variety of complex financial and tax alternatives.
