Since 1992, Living Lady has provided a warm and friendly atmosphere for women of all ages, shapes and sizes to meet for the purpose of fulfilling their personal fitness goals. We currently have 18 CPR-certified instructors on staff, teaching a variety of classes in both the aerobics studio and heated swimming pool. Certified by NDEITA or ACE, our staff receives on-going training to insure that we incorporate the latest aspects of exercise in our classes. Because of our extensive class schedule, we can accommodate almost any skill level and schedule. Please stop by for a personal, guided tour of our facility. No appointment is necessary.
