When a Bank or Mortgage Company refers a borrower to our company, the application and closing can be done at the lender's offices or our own offices. The borrower simply lets us know which location is more convenient for them. In this situation, the borrower has already chosen their end-mortgage lender and may already have an end-mortgage commitment in place with the referring lender. Upon completion of the borrowers new home, the referring lender will provide their customer with an end-mortgage in order to payoff the construction loan with Construction Loan One, L.L.C.
