Willdan Group, Inc. is a provider of outsourced services to small and mid-sized public agencies in California and other western states. The Company provides a range of services to public agencies, including civil engineering, building and safety services, geotechnical engineering, financial and economic consulting, and disaster preparedness and homeland security. Clients primarily consist of cities, counties, redevelopment agencies, water districts, school districts and universities, state agencies, federal agencies, a variety of other special districts and agencies, and tribal governments. Willdan Group operates in three segments: engineering services through its subsidiaries, Willdan, Arroyo Geotechnical, Public Agency Resources and Willdan Resource Solutions; public finance services through its subsidiary, MuniFinancial, and homeland security services through American Homeland Solutions. In June 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Intergy Corporation.
