Contract Carpet's installation guarantee covers all materials and labor for one year, and we will also administer any and all manufacturer warrantee claims a customer may have over the life of their installation. Warrantees can range from 5-15 years depending upon the flooring product. Our professional installers are trained to make sure that manufacturer quality standards are met. If you experience any problems with your flooring once installed, Contract Carpet will dispatch an Installation Supervisor to address and resolve the issue promptly.
