Step By Step Inc. has been providing quality Early Care & Education for children in licensed child care programs since 1993. Our five programs in Alton, Bethalto & Brighton, IL are fully licensed as Day Care Centers by the Illinois Dept of Children and Family Services with Pre-K and Head Start services available for eligible families. Parents can watch their children via live video from all of our early childhood classrooms.
